Here is the supply list for this week's class. The papers were chosen from the additional papers from September's kit club. If you still have some of yours left, you could look there for inspiration.
You will need:
2 pieces for the backgrounds. They can be print or solid. (Mine is the flower print on the far left side.)
4 different patterned papers that "play nice" together. One of them needs to have "pop". (The dark one is my choice) Notice also that 3 of mine are geometrics. They are different size stripes and the colors match, so that makes them go with each other.
2 pieces of solid - can be cardstock or a "distressed look" solid. This one will be used for backing certain pieces of the other papers and the photos. Make sure it accents all the papers, but mostly the "pop" paper.
This layout has space for two clusters of embellishments. This could be journaling cards and a few flowers, or birds, butterflies, tickets, etc. Also you will need (1) fairly large brad.
You also will need 2 feet of ribbon. It will look best if it is at least 1/2" wide. I used the gold braid.
As usual, if you have any questions about choosing your papers, come by the store and we will be glad to help you. I will have the layouts and paper samples in the store to look at on Tuesday.
Thank you all for the nice things you say about the class. I have such a good time with each of you and I am glad you are enjoying yourselves too.
